A pool noodle cut to 12 in. (30.5 cm) to approximate the distance from naris to larynx. Left, the noodle is ready for the endoscopist; right, the noodle has been opened to reveal foam letters, pony beads, and pipe cleaners. Fabric and stickers were also used.
