1 Biscuit Mixing Method

2 Step #1 COMBINE all dry ingredients

3 Step #2 CUT IN the fat until there are crumbs

4 Step #3 Add the liquid and STIR until dough forms.

5 Step #4 KNEAD the dough so gluten will form.

6 Step #5 CUT into biscuits with biscuit cutter.

7 Step #6 Place on a GREASED cookie sheet.
