Being able to network and talk to professionals
The organization of the event and the extensive list of employers
The networking chance with recruiters. Most times when college kids apply online, it goes to a pile that never gets looked at. Recruiters are there to be the liaison for us.

Advertising it better
Including water for participants
Having more organizations ready to hire rather than vet for additional training programs.
More opportunities for Sophomores
Have the booths a little more spaced out so it’s not terribly crowded.
Some of the companies could have been more prepared
Don't let random companies like Panda Express be there. I was walking away from a well known company, Nationstar, and Panda was right next to them. They pulled me in, I was not going to be rude so I listened. They wanted me to be a manager of their store... I am an IT Developer. No way would I ever be a manager of a panda express store.
Better handicap access, room in aisles for wheelchairs
Have more logistic companies with open operations positions instead of salesman/broker positions.
I could have been a little more prepared
Let us know which firms are taking internships, F/T, and P/T. So many weren't accepting internships.
If the job fair is until 7, the companies shouldn't begin packing up at 6:30
Less people from HR, more people from an actual technical field.
Offer food and drink to purchase for students
