The paper you drew inspiration from
The construct being predicted in this paper
The context/data set in this paper
The feature you decided to adapt
The feature you ended up creating
Differences between the original paper’s feature and your feature
The goodness of your feature in your data set

3. Posters Posters (“The Charrette”)
You need to make a poster describing your project so far
It could be on actual poster paper
Or it could just be some regular paper taped on the wall in grid fashion

4. Posters Posters should describe Data set and where it came from
What you’re trying to predict
The current best model you have
The features in that current best model
Other features you’ve tried

5. Posters
You also need to be ready to give a spiel about your poster and to answer questions
Because I’m bringing in guests to critique your posters and your projects
Your grade for the assignment will be based upon their opinion of your project

It’s your responsibility to bring a way to display your poster to class
Tape
Easel
Friend to hold it in the air
Whatever you prefer
