10 2014 Board Activities First Building Committee Meeting was held February 17, 2014 Elected Officers Approved submitted requests for shed, driveway extension, boat garage, 3 new homes and 1 fence 12 meetings were held during 2014 (scheduled to meet 3rd Monday of every month), one special meeting held Accepted resignations from Shelton Wakefield and Sandy Kitterman Hired attorney to research deed restrictions and provided guidance on maintenance fee increase and maintenance fees imposed by airport property owner Scheduled special meeting to address maintenance fee increase policies and procedures and issued an addendum to Sky Lakes II deed restrictions Mailed letter in July regarding approval of maintenance fees and generated modified maintenance fee invoices reflecting credit balances Mailed letters for 2015 meeting Billed 2015 Maintenance Fees; committee members handled the mailing of invoices Requested bids on insurance policy; received only one bid and one no bid due to liability risk. Accepted AIA insurance bid. 9

11 Golf course sale status
Sale of the golf course is under contract and expected to close April 15

12 SKYLAKES SECTION II SUCCESSOR BUILDING COMMITTEE MEETINGS
A meeting is held the third Monday of every month and everyone is welcome to attend. We simply ask that you call and/or one of the Board Members prior to the meeting, in the event of a location change. You may contact us at if you would prefer. 10
