1 Reviewing Parts Orders
Another tab that you will find across the top of the page is called Parts Orders. These are parts orders that have been entered by BUNN to send you parts at “no charge” to you. These are usually PM kits, or parts that are sent for a large project. Any time we send you a BSP parts order, we will be tracking those parts in an inventory location that is specific to your company. You will be expected to consume those parts on the work order by posting the part and checking the “consume part” check box. By doing so, your inventory will be up-to-date and we will have visibility to what parts you have in your inventory location.

2 Reviewing Parts Orders
Once you choose the Parts Order tab, you will see a list of your most recent Pars Orders that you have looked at. When you come to this page for this first time, the list will be blank. Just hit the “GO” button next to the “Partner Parts Orders” view and then you will see a list of all of the parts orders that were sent to you by date.

3 Reviewing Parts Orders
I recommend that you click on the “created date” header and sort the parts orders by creation date. If you click on the header again, it will sort them in reverse order and will bring up the latest Parts Orders that were sent to you. You can see in the above example that there are two parts orders that are In Transit to this service provider. One with 4 parts on it and one with a single part on it. One of the columns on the right side shows the specific work order number that the parts are being shipped for (if the parts are specific to a single work order). If the parts are being sent for multiple work orders, the “work order” column will be blank, and you can review the “reference” information on each line to see what work order or project the parts are for.

4 Reviewing Parts Orders
If the work order is not listed on the parts order, it is because the parts are being shipped for multiple work orders. In the example above, you can see there are qty 2 (50K) kits and qty 1 (100K) kits. If you click on the Line number you will be able to drill into the detail about each line item. You can see that the two kits in this scenario are being sent for the two work orders listed in the “Reference” Field. You can also see the tracking number for these parts.

5 Reviewing Parts Orders
If you receive a shipment from BUNN and you want to know what the shipment is for, copy the parts order number and search for it in the portal. Click on the line number to drill into the detail and see what work orders that parts are marked for (as shown on the previous screen).
