If adequate number of papers is not accepted, papers from the PROMITHEAS-2 scientific workshops will be included
Dissemination of journal to national stakeholders and through BSEC – PERMIS
Awards will be bestowed to the best papers

The scientific publication aims at the presentation of original, high-level research work performed in the Black Sea region
Submission of papers is free of charge
Editorial board consists of university professors
