Closer to Communities Closer alignment with individual WCC Councillors and their respective Wards Re-builds of 1st & 11th & proposals for 6th & 9th include wider community use as 5th already do with a pre-school etc. Group initiatives to get closer and to be more media savvy. Pinewood Derby
