Case Review: Sample Global Aim
Global aim: We aim to improve the med refill process in Aesculapius Medical Center. The process begins with reconciliation of meds/refills at the office visit and ends with the patient receiving the medication he/she needs. By working on this we expect to reduce the number of steps in the process, decrease the number of calls for refills, improve patient and staff satisfaction. It's important that we work on this now because the process is broken, inefficient which results in patient dissatisfaction and staff overload. Case Review: Sample Specific Aim
