Select Your Meeting Export Your Contacts From Outlook How to create a csv contact file from Outlook to import into Select Your Meeting

Open your Outlook account
Select Contacts (bottom left of screen) Select File (top left of screen) Check it’s the right Outlook account on the right side, then select Open and Export on the left side

Select Open & Export (on the left side)
Select Import / Export Select Export to a file and next

Select Comma Separated Values and Next
Select Contacts and Next

Look at the name of the file that will be created and where it will be saved (Either leave or adjust as you prefer) – Then select Next Select Map Custom Fields

Select Clear Map Click on the + by the Name on the left (and the name fields will be displayed)

Drag the following 6 fields into the right panel

First Name Last Name Company Business City Business Country/Region E – Mail address
Select OK Select Finish The csv file will then be exported from Outlook

Open the file you just created in Excel Example below: Look at the columns of information and check that the information looks right for the contacts and most importantly that the addresses are in the correct format such as If the addresses include names and other symbols, you should clean up the addresses before you load them to Select Your Meeting. Very Important - Save the file by selecting Save As Save as type: CSV (Comma delimited)

You are all set – Your file is now ready to import into Select Your Meeting!
