1. P T P P S S Use a Step Plane move as follows
Primary: Use bolt center to gray and bolt center to yellow nut. Create a fake point on the bolt and copy it to gray part. This will be the third primary locator with no tolerances applied to it.
Secondary: Use bolt center to gray and bolt center to yellow nut. This makes them both 4-ways.
Tertiary: Use midpoint between top and bottom surfaces for bolt to midpoint between gray flat surfaces. Here you can also declare the pin surfaces as a tab and the gray flat surfaces as a slot.
