For example :

3. GRAMMAR NOTES:-
We use Present continuous to talk about an action is happening now
There are time expressions : at the moment , now , right now
BE CAREFUL! We don’t usually use non-action verbs

We use going to to tell about an action will happen in the future
Future time marker : next week , this weekend ,tomorrow etc.
