Whose bat is that? It’s (it is)roaring. Listen to its roar. You’re (you are) too busy. Your friend is busy. There’s (there is) a kite. That kite is theirs. They’re (they are) tall trees. Their trees are tall.

Grammar Rule 8 Use an apostrophe and an s to form the plurals of all lowercase letters, some capital letters, and some words that are referred to as words. EXS: Grandma always tells me to mind my p’s and q’s. Neither the I’s not the U’s are readable on this printout.

Reflection Write a reflection over one of the following quotes. What are your thoughts, questions, feelings over the quotes? “I have bee rehabilitated now, so don’t be afraid of me.
