Our strategic objectives to deliver ‘20:20:10’ & value for money Our specific commitments to continue to use the policing plan development process to; Ensure that all resources that contribute to railway safety are tasked to maximise effectiveness though a joined-up process Effectively engage with railway service providers so that their priorities and concerns are built into BTP’s strategic planning processes Engage with rail staff and the travelling public and ensure that their concerns and priorities effectively influence BTP planning processes Your continued requests for a more local focus Working to better understand the priorities of passengers, staff and FOCs Stakeholder Workshop 2015
