9 Scan and design: Before scanning, carefully check the model (make sure it presents patients’ teeth condition well), read dentist’s designing requirement carefully, then start scanning. Use high precision scanner to get precise data,design according to patient’s teeth real condition and dentist’s requirements. Attention when making full contour crown. thinnest part: no less than 0.6mm; Geometric construction is the main point that affects the anti-bending strength, so the connection should be: anterior teeth connection is no less than 9mm2, posterior teeth connection is at least 12mm2 Continuous tooth absence should not over two units. Avoid free-end edentia

10 Milling Avoid any liquid to cool zirconia restoration while milling;
Assure burs good condition; After milling, check the restoration from the following aspects: cracking ? pollution ? Broken ? If any of these happens, find the reason and re-mill.

11 Separation Use professional hand-motor to separate restoration from the block. Speed is no more than 10000rev/min. (avoid using hand-motor for metal material, thus avoiding metal ressidue polluting the restoration) while grinding the connecting rod, your hand needs to have a supporting point, and grind along the same direction (clockwise or anticlockwise) for two to three rounds until finally separate the restoration. While grinding the restoration (before sintering), use grinding head tool to adust the shape just a little bit, avoid over adjusting the shape of the restoration Put a towel or something soft on the table while separating the restoration, this elimintes any risk of cracking if the restoration fall down on the table.

12 Cleaning Use clean brush to clear the powder on the restoration surface and cavity. Result if powder reamins: After sintering, the powder will stay on the surface and cavity of the restoration, it appears as white dot, thus affects the easthetic and wearing accuracy.

13 Sintering: Preparation: Bead:
check the beads color, shape, amount. If the beads show yellow or dark color, and broken in shape, change them before sintering; If the beads stick to each other, separate them to assure good mobility; make sure the beads cover all over the sagger bottom. Sintering furnace: Check if the hearth is polluted, if so, please scrap off all the impurity on the hearth, and then use zirconia white blocks leftovers to sinter, re-sinter the zirconia blocks leftovers if the final color is dark. Suggest to clean the hearth every week. Avoide sintering the tooth together with one that is dipped by coloring liquid. Sinter: Place the restoration(occlusal surface down) on the beads. Sinter strickly according to Aidite sintering curve.

14 Polishing Use dedicated zirconia grinding and polishing tools

15 Grinding and polishing method:
Use Aidite specialized zirconia grinding tool to adjust the surface shape and do the polishing. Rough grinding---fine grinding—rough polishing. Rough grinding: adjust restoration anatomic form, thus adjust the adjacency and occlusal surface, therefore to wear the restoration well; Fine grinding: make the surface even, fine, and smooth. Rough polishing: further adjust the surface form, makes it more smooth and shiny.

16 Glazing: Aidite Stain and glazing paste: Including 16 colors:
four main colors: shade A, shade B, shade C, shade D; eleven special colors: white, black, yellow, orange, blue, brown, pink, clay, light-purple, purple-gray, light-brown, glaze, and diluent. Advantages: There is glaze component in each stain and no need to glaze separately, thus we can finish staining and glazing one time, very easy for new users. Method: Mix required colors according to Aidite Mixing Instruction. One main shade + other needed colors: cervical color / 1/3 cervical; Cervical color + transparent glaze: transitional color/ 1/3 middle; Blue + transparent glaze + purple-gray: incisal color/ 1/3 incisal; Brown: groove and pits If the restoration is just perfect, brush just the transparent glaze is fine.
