Helped provide an insight into professional experience in the classroom through application of prior learning Need to identify the “need to know” material and how to “fill the gap” between the start of teaching and the final assessment point Be prepared to support the students with very clear and specific instruction, in a flexible and responsive manner during the learning journey Check module learning outcomes are appropriate and well defined
