November 2017 has been set for an upgrade audit to ISO 9001:2015 with Design.  Smithers Quality Assessments is the 3rd Party Auditor used for all assessments. 7 7

Phase 1- Started May 2015: Implementing basic ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) production
Phase 2- Started August 2016: Will include EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), directly upload customers forecast, equipment maintenance recording in system to improve scheduling around required maintenance on equipment, customer and supplier portal capability.
Phase 3: Use data from PLEX for the first 6-9months for supplier scorecard and top management reports in the area of efficiency improvements and profitability. 11 11
