6 N – Negative Thinking It can be a barrier to growth
The way we think is generally the results we get Think about what you want to achieve in life. It’s our mindset, our value system and our attitude. When we stop learning, we stop growing.

7 F - Focus The one battle most people lose is the fear of failure If we focus on failure that’s what will happen Focus is about being productive, not busy. Without direction people lose their way. Focus on the key areas in the business Successful people have vision, goals and a plan on how to get there. Entrepreneurs have 3 key attributes – vision, passion and creativity.

8 I - INNOVATION Change the way we think. The world has changed and so must we. The competitive advantage is to introduce new ways of doing business. The lead dog of the pack has the best view of the road ahead. Recently read a report from a survey of 1000 business in England Those that introduce innovation realized a 24% increase ROI Those businesses that just garnered expenses realized 6% ROI The question is “if we a serious about succeeding, we must do something every day to improve our business”

9 D – Decisions Be Proactive
Lack of decision – making means the business is at the whim of market forces. We need to pro-active in decision making, not reactive. Drive and Determination is a key attribute to success Concentrate on finding the solutions It takes discipline and accountability The right decisions are based on sound knowledge and on statistical research.

In with New Knowledge In with New ways of conducting business Out with old strategies and in with New Ones In with defined Goals and Objectives, out with no planning

We must open our minds to news ways of doing business Write a list of the areas to delegate( delegate is to grow) Be Prepared to Learn Drive, Determination and persistence Look after your health and lose those bad habits Plan to succeed , not fail Make good choices Don’t listen to the critics Revisit all the areas you value in your business The World is changing and we must embrace change.
