PSALMS 23 1 The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, 3 he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. 4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. 6 Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

PSALMS 23:3 3     he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.

RIGHT PATH DECISIONS: 1. Walk with God.

GENESIS 6:9 9 This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked faithfully with God.

PROVERBS 3:5-6 5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

RIGHT PATH DECISIONS: 2. Work through it.

GENESIS 8:6 6 After another forty days, Noah opened the window he had made in the boat

WINDOWS: Window of Spiritual growth.

GENESIS 8:7-9 7 and released a raven. The bird flew back and forth until the floodwaters on the earth had dried up. 8 He also released a dove to see if the water had receded and it could find dry ground. 9 But the dove could find no place to land because the water still covered the ground. So it returned to the boat, and Noah held out his hand and drew the dove back inside.

WINDOWS: Window of Spiritual peace.

GENESIS 8:10-11 10 After waiting another seven days, Noah released the dove again. 11 This time the dove returned to him in the evening with a fresh olive leaf in its beak. Then Noah knew that the floodwaters were almost gone.

WINDOWS: Window of hope.

GENESIS 8:11-12 11 This time the dove returned to him in the evening with a fresh olive leaf in its beak. Then Noah knew that the floodwaters were almost gone. 12 He waited another seven days and then released the dove again. This time it did not come back.

RIGHT PATH DECISIONS: 3. Wait on God's timing.

GENESIS 8:4 4 exactly five months from the time the flood began, the boat came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.
