3. The challenge events Bridge, tower and boat building
Children grouped into two teams for each event
set time limit for constructing their design
competition in the form of a design-limits stress test
Winner of competition is awarded prizes
provided by the host
Teams changed up between challenges
prevent one team from losing every challenge
maximize interaction, develop interpersonal skills
All birthday party services will be provided and facilitated by an enthusiastic, energetic staff trained in childcare and education. Each member has been cleared to the same level as any elementary school volunteer: Megan's law, tuberculosis, etc.
