Some of these devices are laying at the bottom of our drawers.
Who could we give them to?
How could we bring them back to their lifecycle?
How can we get new subscribers?

Creating an online space for people to exchange their devices. The aim is to create a regulated space where people can switch their phones between each other.

We launch a site, where people can create their own timelines from their non-used mobile phones.
As unlocking is free from 1th of November 2017 the site is also open for non-Telekom users.

Before delivering We clean and maintain Your previous phone to increase the feeling of getting a new product.

The aim is also to get new subscribers and also increase brand loyalty.
This is possible by giving rewards to anyone who's participating. The rewards can be higher for new subscribers; for example unlimited data & talk time for half a year.
By gradually removing the old cells from the system - new services (4G, LTE, 5G) can spread much faster.
