2. Introduction
It is most suitable for drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar material
It is designed to dry pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, dyes, food and allied products
It is not suitable for liquid or pasty material
Electrically / Steam heated and Thermic Fluid heated structure
Standard Model: Made out of mild steel and colored
GMP Model: Made out of S.S.304 quality material and polished to matt finished
Contact Parts: Product Container and Retarding Chamber made out of S.S.304/S.S.316 quality material
The non flameproof blower motor is available

3. How it Works?
The base of the container filled with material, is heated with hot air stream
The fresh air is sucked using a blower and it is heated by electrical heaters or thermic fluid heaters
The hot air expands into bed of material and create a dry atmosphere
This phenomenon is known as fluidization

4. Tray Dryer v/s Fluid Bed Dryer
It requires large floor space
Drying time is very high
It is difficult to operate
There is some loss of heat
It requires less floor space compare to tray dryer
It takes less time to dry the material
It is very easy to operate
There is no loss of heat

5. Other Important Points
Temperature can be distributed and heat transfer rate is high
High production can be achieved
Product’s physical and chemical properties remains
It is effective for heat sensitive products
Continues movement of product minimizes lump formation, case hardening etc.

6. Silent Features Uniformity in drying and reduction in drying time
In electrically heated model, digital temperature controller for inlet air and digital temperature indicator for outlet air
In steam / thermic fluid heated model, only a digital temperature indicator provided for inlet and outlet air
You can control the flow of inlet and outlet air manually
Full safety provided with the machine

7. Optional Features PRE / MICRO V & HEPA filters are provided on demad
Pneumatic system for lifting of product container
Flameproof motor with flameproof enclosure
Safe earthing arrangement
Extra product container with trolley
