Add 1 cup pineapple, drained

YOUR Job (groups of 3 -4) is to design and carry out a lab to determine why the jello turned soupy!
You must have Quantitative data to support your conclusions
You must know and report WHY you got the results you got…think enzymes… You might need to use your cell phone to research the topic!
You will present your experiment and findings in a poster! This poster will be presented in a gallery walk!
Poster should include the question, hypothesis, how you conducted the experiment, data collected (table), conclusions concerning your results and how is this lab related to enzymes….
It might be a good idea to include pictures of your set up and/or results
