Materials: 4 different coins and a die Directions: Players roll the die and move the number of dots on the die. First player to reach the end of the game wins. Continue playing to find out who comes in second, third, and fourth place. This game is for understanding the Articles of Confederation.

Spain is blockading the Mississippi River, harming the ability to trade. Move back 3 spaces North Carolina is being taxed heavily by Virginia AND South Carolina to use their ports. Miss one turn France acknowledges the United States of America. Advance 1 space. States are not paying their portion of taxes to the common treasury. Take the short cut. The U.S. needs to borrow more money from France. Delaware refuses to vote in favor of a law. Holland is reluctant to acknowledge The U.S. Miss one turn. Miss one turn. Paper money is Being issued by many states and h as very little value, causing inflation. The army is ready to rebel because they have not been paid. The Continental Army is winning battles. The treasury empty. The States need money for the army. New Jersey is being taxed by Philadelphia AND New York to use use their ports. Miss one turn Move back 1 space.
