100% recyclable materials are used for manufacturing.. The products that are used over the duration time are not classified as industrial biomass. Our material is a 100% recyclable.
- Not so many spare parts are required for stock..
The sprockets requires to purchase many spare parts. For example, the axis diameter of initial and secondary settling tank is different from each other. But this sprocket does not require purchasing many spare parts because the diameter of our sprocket can be changed by inserting a simple adapter.
This means that a separate stock of spare parts is not required.

Each part of this sludge scraper will be easily compatible to other products.
In other words, the sprockets with adapter and chains of “pintle” type could be fit into other sludge collectors.
The important parts of our product are designed to be replaceable and compatible to different products, which makes this sludge collector very useful.
