Click “Add New” to start an invoice

2. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Click “Next Invoice#” to get your next invoice #.
Then, click the Magnifying glass to get a A/R Customer#, or
Enter (1) for Retail customer

3. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Search for the customer’s vehicle by owner’s name,
license #, phone #, vin #, fleet #, or cust #.
You can change your search by clicking on
“Next Search By” .
You can also add a new vehicle by clicking “Add a Vehicle”

4. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Enter Selling Salesman.
View vehicle information.
Click “GO” to start work order.

5. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Enter the product # Or
Click either the magnifying glass or “Find Product”.
(Here we’ll use the “Find Product”)

6. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Search for product by using
one of the options given, or click “Tire Guide” to use that function.

7. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Input quantity and click “GO”.

8. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
View work order.
Click “End” to exit ticket.

9. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
Close Invoice Y/N.
Print Work Order Y/N.
Click “GO”.

10. Point of Sale w/Vehicle Tracking
If invoice is to be closed, enter Payment.
Click “GO”.
