FOOD SECURITY E-VOUCHER DISTRIBUTIONS AS OF JUNE 2016 Partners are active in 11 Provinces A total of 386,218 Syrian beneficiaries have been reached with CBIs for food assistance This is 5.4% more than last month 13 PROVINCES WHERE FOOD SECURITY ACTORS HAVE ONGOING PROJECTS: Adana, Adiyaman, Ankara, Gaziantep, Hatay, K.Maras, Killis, Kiziltepe, Malatya, Mardin, Mersin, Osmaniye, Sanliurfa COMPLETED CBI PROJECTS FOR FOOD SECURITY: CBI Projects conducted by ASAM for both Food Security and Basic Needs ended on 29 February 2016. PLANNED CBI PROJECTS FOR FOOD SECURITY: 2 CBI Food Security projects are planned by IOM and Mercy Corps off-camp. IOM plans by December 2016 to reach 8,100 Syrians in Hatay with 62TL per capita. Assessments are already ongoing. Mercy Corps plans to reach 4,000 Syrians in Gaziantep (Sehitkamil, Sahinbey) – voucher value TBD

BASIC NEEDS E-VOUCHER DISTRIBUTIONS as of JUNE 2016 Partners are active in 4 Provinces: Hatay, Killis,Sanliurfa, and Gaziantep, A total of 41,542 Syrian beneficiaries have been reached with e-voucher modality for Basic Needs This is 7% more than last month COMPLETED CBI PROJECTS FOR BASIC NEEDS: Two Basic Needs CBI Projects conducted by ASAM and UNICEF/TRC ended on 29 February 2016 and the latter on 29 April 2016. The ASAM project was for multi-purpose e-vouchers and assessed a total of 103,805 Syrian individuals, whereas it reached 11% of those assessed, so a total of 11,525 Syrian beneficiaries in 13 provinces (Istanbul, Sakarya, Izmir, Adana, Osmaniye, Hatay, Gaziantep, Konya, Kayseri, Nigde, Nevsehir, Mardin, K.Mara. TRC/UNICEF Basic Needs CBI programme reached a total of 37,666 off-camp Syrians with one-off assistance for winterization in 4 provinces (Gaziantep, Hatay, Sanliurfa, Killis). Out of these beneficiaries reached, 7,112 were under 5 years old and 15,165 were aged between 5 and 17 years old. PLANNED CBI PROJECTS FOR BASIC NEEDS: Save the Children will plan a monthly e-voucher Basic Needs project from September 2016 to September 2017 in Hatay where about 440TL will be provided per household. Mercy Corps plans to reach 4,000 Syrians in Gaziantep (Sehitkamil, Sahinbey) – voucher value TBD.

9 Price Monitoring from the WFP Referential Food Basket for Contracted & Non-Contracted Shops Data from February, March, April, May, June 2016 WFP Data: Average Food Item Price (TL) from Adana, Adiyaman, Akcakale, Ceylanpinar, Harran, Islahiye, Karkamis, Malatya, Osmaniye, Viransehir, Gazianteo, Hatay (in and off-camp), Sanliurfa (in and off-camp), Kilis (in and off-camp), K.Maras (in and off-camp). The price of gasoline, kerosine increased slightly. Unskilled wage also increased. Prices decreased for: cucumbers, cheese, eggs and poultry.
