SERIES 94 MANUAL OVERRIDE ZYTEL FR 50 HOUSING
THERMALLY PROTECTED MOTOR 16 POINT Nema 4x is weatherproof and corrosion resistant. ISO bolt circle offers flexibility in mounting, minimal components needed. Heat treated gear assures long life. Duty circle is ratio of run time to cool-down time. Visual beacon indication visible at long distance. Manual override allows valve to be cycled in the event of power loss. 16 point terminal strip allows all accessories to be pre-wired for easy installation. TERMINAL STRIP NEMA IVX ENCLOSURE

Asahi/America Series 94 Electric Actuators Standard Features: Reversing Motor 5 second Cycle Time per 90º Limit Switches Thermal Overload Protection with Automatic Reset Permanently Lubricated Gear Train Compact Design Actuator operates counterclockwise - open, clockwise - close. Speed can be slowed with a cycle length control but not increased. Limit switches have auxiliary contacts for light indication. Cut-out occurs when motor windings reach 300º F. Reset is automatic. Gear Train needs no preventative maintenance.

Asahi/America Series 94 Electric Actuators Total Flexibility: Ball Valves & Multiports: ½” - 3”, Butterfly Valves:11/2”-4” Various Voltages Additional Limit Switches Feedback Potentiometer Two Wire Control Extended Cycle Times 180º Center Off Kit Mechanical Brake Heater & Thermostat Electronic Positioner Fail-safe Battery Backup Extra limit switches are use to sequence other equipment i.e. pumps, compressors, mixers, etc. Feedback potentiometer used to monitor valve position from remote panel. Two wire control used to retro fit solenoids or direct wire timers and switches. Cycle times can be slowed to ten minutes either open or close. 12, 24 Vdc 12, 24, 220 Vac (220 Vac is 50 Hz only) Center off kit provides a third position for multiport valves. Mechanical brake locks gears and shaft at the end of travel eliminating oscillation. Heater & thermostat maintains constant temperature in actuator housing in cold environments. Electronic positioner accepts instrumentation signal to accurately position valve opening. Fail-safe battery provides fail position of valve upon loss of power.
