Get Registered as a filer
Create a filer account on the 13documents.com website (Register Button, address, Not a Robot box, CAPTCHA, Register) Validation sent to your address Activation link in will complete your account setup Register button upper right of screen Enter address Click I am not a robot box and complete CAPTCHA Click Register button

Complete Registration
First, Last Name Company/Firm Address, City, State, Zip Telephone Time Zone Password (8 character min) (At least one uppercase letter) (At least one number) Not a Robot, CAPTCHA, Update

Registration Complete, Request Access
After Clicking Update Click Request Trustee Access (Recommended) Or Proceed to Filer Home page

Trustee Approval After Registration is complete and sent to Trustee Trustee receives Filer Upload Request Clicks a button in Approve or Deny sent to Attorney that has been Approved.

Prepare Document(s) for Filing
10MB limit per document Up to 10 can be filed at a time Redact all PII SSN Children SSN Account Numbers Scan as PDF (See File Naming)

File Naming Can be anything, beware of hyphens ‘-’
Document Form Types (2 so far) 2484 = Tax Returns 2485 = 341 Docs (Pay Advices, Titles, leases, Mortgages, etc Preferred in a Single file NOT TAXES) _CaseNumber_FormType format will auto populate fields when actually filing (ex: Jones_ _2484_Taxes.pdf or Jones_ _2484_Taxes.pdf)

Ready to File - Basic steps – Example follows
Login Document Upload (Left side of screen) Choose Trustee Select Files (Browse or Drag/Drop up to 10 files, 10 MB max each) Enter VALID Case and Select Document Form Type If necessary) Enter Description if necessary (Title, Pay Voucher, 2016 Taxes, etc) Click the Redaction rules box Click Send Files Print Certification of Document Receipt within 5 minutes
