The decreased faculty to student ratio is due to the anticipated continued growth of online distance learning. b. Assembly uses would be limited to Sunday services only. *All non-profit office uses would be moved off campus, the existing approval allows up to 33 non-profits which average about 1-3 employees each. 15 Environmental Document
A Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted for the existing MP in compliance with CEQA. An Initial Study will be required to determine whether a Negative Declaration, Mitigated Negative Declaration, or an Environmental Impact Report would be required for the project. Additional environmental studies (e.g. air quality, traffic and/or parking, noise, greenhouse gas emissions) may also be required.
