2 Diversity Recruiting Strategy
A diverse employee base is imperative to continued success and business growth - differences of background, experience, and culture drive innovation. Our comprehensive Diversity Recruiting Strategy enables us to remain well-positioned in a competitive talent market and helps ensure leadership bench strength for the company. Through collaboration with internal and external partners, we aim to: Expand our sourcing efforts to reach new audiences Increase diversity within our talent pipeline Progress diversity representation in early talent programs Advance our position as an employer of choice for top, diverse talent Further develop talent ambassadors Ensure diversity efforts are embedded in all staffing strategies

3 Diversity Ambassadors
Veteran Recruiting – Diversity Ambassadors To ensure our diversity strategy remains competitive, we are refreshing our approach to include “Diversity Ambassadors.” Diversity Ambassadors are an extension of the diversity team and responsible for partnering with the local chapters of our external organizations. They will hold individual memberships at local organizations in order to strengthen the relationship. Diversity Ambassadors Veteran Initiatives Shift the ownership, execution, cost and project management of all Veteran recruitment to the Veterans Initiatives Office. Examples: Hire Our Heroes, Student Veteran Association, SACC, Ft. Dix Transition Summits and DEED The diversity team will consult and partner on conferences to offer their experience and a consistent voice for overall talent brand with Veterans audience. Campus Recruiting The diversity team continues to manage the strategy and ownership of early talent partners, and offers support for undergraduate student military efforts. Shift the execution and project management of the national conferences that have an early talent focus to the Campus Team. The diversity team continues to own and sponsor conferences and partner to include experienced recruitment where needed. Conferences Targeted, Smarter, and Deeper Build relationships to tap into local memberships and network of military organizations. Maintain national presence at conferences more significant, intentional activities.

Create and empower the recruitment team and Veteran Initiatives Office to deepen and strengthen relationships with military organizations by expanding ownership across the Experienced and Campus recruiting functions, while closely partnering together.
