Node Mentoring Group Grant period is up 3Q 2005.
Still have some resources available. Still want to help, but want to make sure we continue to add value.
3
What has really happened?
Original concept was that a need existed for technical assistance that could be addressed by Early Node implementers providing direct assistance to implementers. Node Mentoring Workshop in February 2004 established the Mentoring Group as a resource on the Network. From that meeting the Node Mentoring Group identified and filled a niche to regularly provide technical updates on selected topics and to have ‘office hours.” Call Dr. Node
4
Where is the new niche? If there are 35 (ish) Nodes in production what does Node Mentoring mean now? Some of the Mentoring mechanisms that we have originally planned have not been in demand. Point of departure for the discussion today From the breakout sessions we heard a need for: Technical Expertise in the States Documentation
