Music
This term we will be listening and responding to traditional African music and creating African dances using instruments.
English
This term we will be writing letters and postcards. We will also be writing Traditional Tales and exploring songs with repetitive rhyme.
Geography
We are going on Safari to Amazing Africa! Locating 7 continents and 5 oceans. Studying maps, Kenyan people and animals.
Art/ Design and Technology
We will be producing our very own ‘Tinga Tinga’ African art.
Maths
This term we will be focusing on all areas in maths, beginning with number and place value, moving on to the four operations and measure.

Sacred Texts.
Computing
The children will be looking at creating algorithms and making mini animations.
P.E
We will be African dancing and keeping fit on a circuit course.
Science
We will be looking at the uses of everyday materials.
