Based on Retalhar case, deliver a suggestion for improving the reverse supply chain in used clothes/ fabric waste
The group was given the task of developing a plan that specifies the strategy of a "startup" operation in order to improve the reverse logistics in used clothes/fabric waste
The group's competence will be to find information on various sources (provided they have credibility), systematizing them according to the concepts and frameworks of discipline, presenting the results in a clear and consistent way in the form of final report (plan) and a presentation.
