8 Esther 4:11-14 Esther was notified of how she could serve both God and her people. Esther, at first, turned down the job. But Mordecai told her some things that changed her mind.

9 Esther 4:11-14 He told her that she would not be safe just because she was in the king’s family. He told her God could find someone else, but that she would perish. He opened the door to the possibility that God was involved and had put her in this position just for this.
