Enter 8 digit Customer Number/CIF
Enter 4-digit Secret IVR PIN
Press “3”
Enter Beneficiary Quick Reference No. followed by “#” key
Wait for transaction details to be repeated to you
Press “1” to proceed with transaction
Wait for transaction reference number to be announced to you
Via ATMs
Insert ATM card
Enter 4-digit Secret PIN
Press “Yes” button to select receipt printing
Press “Transfer” button
Press “Quick Pay” button
Enter desired amount to transfer including the service fee
Press “Accept” button to confirm
Select and Press desired beneficiary button
Press “Accept” button
View transaction reference number
Press “No” to finish transaction
Get ATM card
Get and keep receipt

Visit and log-in to your user account
Click on the Quick Pay link on the menu
Click on the Beneficiary & Transfer sub-link
Select & tag a beneficiary
Enter desired amount to transfer including the service fee
Click “Transfer” button
Enter transaction password and click “Ok” to confirm
Click “Transaction Inquiry” sub link to view details of the transaction if desired
