We expect any app submitted to have been comprehensively tested before submission. While we do test each app carefully, there’s no way we can test it as thoroughly as the original authors can test their own apps.

Discoverability is also about Marketing (how they present their product and company) – as it’s also important driving customer action (customers will download free apps on impulse purely based on product description and images… if it’s not polished folks won’t download).
