7 Boning Knife Uses: -Boning meat and poultry -Cutting up poultry

8 Butcher Knife Uses: Dividing large cuts of meat or vegetables

9 Carving Knife Uses: Carving and slicing meat and poultry

10 Fillet Knife Uses: Filleting sides of fish. Blade is long & flexible
with a super-sharp tip to pierce fish skin without tearing.
