Steel plate Bolt , Nuts styrofoam piezoelectric element Steel plate is heavy and expansive. So , It won’t be moved up and down by water wave. Resultly, making power is lower than other material. We decided to change material to plastic. If Bolt and nuts meet water. They are rusting. For reducing cost and more useful utility, We chose material of silicone glue. For better design , We chose material of buoyancy. It will be positive to use recycling. One of Softness piezoelectric element can’t get more electricity. And Other materials cost are reduced. So, we can buy another piezoelectric. It is added.

Plastic is easy to move up and down from small water wave. For Manufacturing more thin plastic plate and more large connecting parts for silicone bonding . Make a acrylic box . Used to silicone bond and acrylic plate to edge on the hexahedron. Two Softness piezoelectric elements connect with wire. Using Toyota system, production of part division is worked in accordance with demand. And Time and stock are reduced. Finally, we can assemble and manufacture them
