3 Train Tracks, not to be! Pros Cons
Business impacts. Boeing uses the Eastside rail line to move fuselage pieces between Renton and Everett. It would be difficult and expensive to reconvert the trail to rail use once the tracks had been removed. No Spirit of Washington dinner train. Pros Vastly expand the network of trails for cyclists. Greater access to businesses, schools, and parks. Chance of lifetime. Could be a great tourist attraction. Another route for commuters to choose from. The trail will become a great benefit for the region. Because of its close proximity to important recreation and transportation facilities. In miles proximity of the trail, there are 9 parks and 6 schools. In another 0.25 miles there are 2 parks and 14 schools. Explain buffers
