2 Health is…. Health is the blending of your Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Spiritual aspects as the assist you in leading a satisfying and productive life

8 What is self esteem? Self esteem is the way one feels about themselves

13 The biggest influence on your self esteem is your….
PARENTS/FAMILY. Sometimes parents tend to overdo it by pushing their children into doing something they may not want to do. Just spending time with their children could boost their self esteem. Self esteem comes from doing something well-not from being told ahead of time how good you are.

14 Failure can be GOOD. It means you TRIED.
Sometimes failure can be good; if you don’t learn from your failures they end up helpless and will stop trying. This is where positive reinforcement comes in to play, along with constructive criticism. Famous Failures (Constructive criticism: the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one.)

15 What are some ways to build self esteem?
Work within your groups to come up wit a list of 5 reasons why you should care about your self esteem. Work within your groups to come up with a minimum of 10 ways to build your self esteem.
