Job hunting in the recession was tough but Mihai secured an entry level position with Neylons in Beacon Hospital. Six months later he was offered an assistant manager role which he needed to upskill for. Having this training development provided inhouse meant not only were his team supportive but he could apply his learnings immediately. Now in a management position Mihai helps nurture new recruits looking to progress up the career ladder.
