What have we learnt ? Teamworking – general / anaes /input if struggling Positive challenge Faculty ! Teaching skills – tears , personal Systems +++ Feedback / integration into RM –audits SBAR - perimortem CS (aka resuscitative hysterotomy) Cribs / Hot topic/ CMW synt and catheter / Med ST at induction AUDITS – mention
