2. The song
The song I have chosen for this is “House of memories” by Panic! At the Disco. It was released in on the bands 5th studio album “Death of a Bachelor”.
Song meaning- “House of Memories” is about a past relationship that’s now over. The relationship was “built / On memories.” It was strong and beautiful, but something happened, and now it’s over. Urie doesn’t give us the details of the breaking up; he focuses on how hard life is now that his once lover is gone.

3. The video
Because of the song the video itself will be set around a break up. It will open with a couple arguing and ultimately the boyfriend will be thrown out of the house and the girlfriend throws away all of his things (Getting rid of the memories) It will constantly cut from the conflict between the couple and clips of the boyfriend ”singing” the song in a dark room with a microphone.

5. Filming
The first day of filming will take place on Saturday 25th February in my house in Culmore. More filming will take place the following week in the city centre and around the walls.

6. Why I chose this song
The reason I chose this song is because I immediately fell in love with it as soon as I heard it. Not only for the lyrics but Brendon uries vocals on it are incredible. I just knew I wanted to use it for my video. When I thought about using it I thought of all the things I could do from transitions to fades and other editing techniques. I just knew this was the perfect song for this project.
