Feel free to elaborate, explain and describe- if you are inspired- You don’t have to answer every question, but, don’t skip the first one. Disclaimer: We will not be able to print everything that is submitted.

4. Purchase your LVS Yearbook, today
Reserve your student’s copy TODAY by going to and using our school code (19628) to order online with credit card or echeck. 
You must enter your name when it asks for business name and then submit it. It will add you to our school list and then you can place your order.
Or, call the order center and arrange to pay by check
Our FULL COLOR Yearbook is only ___$25.00____, so order today! Only $22 if you purchase Early! ( Before January 6th)
Send us your photos, upload to: eshare- check with parents before submitting photos- Due no later than March 13

Please take our yearbook survey so we can add your “story” to this year’s edition!
The deadline for entries is November 28th.

Label the photo file with your last name and category, and the entry with the words photo contest-category-student full name.
The winners will be notified by December 16th.
