Complete and accurate description of the problem identified is crucial Give a background that shows the context in which the problem exist Look for the nature of the problem for e.g. Performance Efficiency Security Pay attention to the scope of the problem (narrow it down) Look for an IT solution

Ensure the charts are accurate and labelled Ensure the time frame is realistic
