16. C.A.R.E.
Students are expected to turn their work in on time.  If they do not do so, they will have until the next class period to turn in their work for full credit. The student will be given a notice that they have late work that needs to be turned in, and their parent will also be notified.

17. C.A.R.E.
If the student shows up to the next class period and does not have the assignment, the student will automatically be assigned C.A.R.E.  C.A.R.E. will be held after school from 3:10 - 3:40 each day, or in the morning from 7:25 to 7:55 each day.  The student is required to attend C.A.R.E. 

18. C.A.R.E.
If they do not attend C.A.R.E., they will be issued a two hour Friday Night School that week.

Tests and quizzes will be given throughout any unit that is being covered.

All assignments at that point must be completed before a quiz/test can be taken.

Weekly vocabulary tests will be given on Wednesdays (day subject to change as needed).

Any items missed on a weekly vocabulary test will be written (word and definition) 5 times each before the next vocabulary test can be taken (T-N-T’s).

34. Books Book is to be kept in locker.
A sign will be posted when you are to bring it to class.
Internet access is available for home.

35. Absences
When you are absent, your assignment will be placed in the blue pocket pouch, sorted by hour. Please pick up your work when you return, and see me regarding the completion of it and a due date.

A check mark will be given each time you come to class without required materials (pencil, notebook, etc.).

A check mark will be given if it is necessary for you to leave class to go to the restroom (subject to teacher discretion).
