9. Application Submittal
Complete Eagle Rank Application
Prepare statement of ambitions and life purpose and list of positions held in other organizations (#6 on back)
Complete Scoutmaster Conference
Obtain Committee Chair Signature
Submit Application and Final Write-up to Council

10. Board of Review
Approved Application Sent to District Eagle Board Chairman
BOR is Scheduled
Minimum of three members
Unit representative is present
Proper Uniform, Oath, and Law
Not an Examination of Scouting Skills
Discussion of Requirements and Experience
Encourage Future Scouting Goals
