It doesn’t exist a separate, ad hoc strategy for PEF promotion. PEF is part of the CAF promotion strategy (IT, AT, PT)
PEF works when is free of charge for participants (i.e. financed by European structural funds).
More systematic promotion approach to promote PEF to be explored at European level?
