States with admissions from home between 4.00% and 5.28% include AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, HI, NV, OH, PA, RI, TN, and WV. States with admissions from home between 5.82% and 8.06% include CO, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MN, MS, NH, UT, VT, and WI. States in the highest quartile include AR, IA, KS, LA, MO, MT, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, and WY.
